Bible-centred
The Bible is central to our preaching, worship, and everyday life. We listen to it because through it God guides, corrects, comforts, and renews us.
We are ordinary people learning to follow Jesus together—a Bible-centred, grace-shaped community with room for questions, children, and people at every stage of faith.
Gathering now at Mernda Park Primary School Community Hub
We currently meet fortnightly on Sunday afternoons at 4pm. Stay afterwards for light refreshments and an unhurried chat.
Dates for 2027 are being finalised. Get in touch and we will let you know as soon as they are set.
Church can feel unfamiliar, especially when you are walking through the doors for the first time. We want your first visit to feel simple, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming.
Whether you have never been to church, are returning after time away, or have followed Jesus for years, we would love to meet you and help you take your next step.

We want the life of our church to be recognisably shaped by the Bible, the grace of Jesus, and love for our neighbours in Mernda.
The Bible is central to our preaching, worship, and everyday life. We listen to it because through it God guides, corrects, comforts, and renews us.
We are not brought together by having life sorted out. We are a community established on God's free grace to us in Jesus Christ.
We gather in the Community Hub, care for one another, and seek the flourishing of the growing community we call home.
Mernda is changing quickly. Our hope is to become a faithful, welcoming church family where people can meet Jesus, find belonging, and grow in faith for generations to come.

Mernda Reformed Church was initiated by Wonga Park Christian Reformed Church and remains under its pastoral and governing oversight. That gives our young church the support, accountability, and theological foundations of an established church family.
